Talk about your customer’s problem first.

And then talk about it a bit more.

Talking about the problem your customer is experiencing will draw them in. Once you've done that you can place your product or service as the solution. Don’t create something and try and sell it to your customer. Listen to what your customer is saying they need and create that for them. It’s an act of generosity that leads to wisdom. As marketing guru Seth Godin says ‘You can’t be seen until you learn to see’.
